新旧玩具安全指令对比

　　从2011年7月20日起，进入欧洲市场的玩具必须符合2009/48/EC玩具安全指令的要求。中外玩具网联手权威检测机构COTECNA，对2008年12月18日自欧洲议会所采用，并与2009年6月30日颁布的2009/48/EC玩具安全法规的主要变更事项进行对比，帮助企业成功贯彻这一新指令。

Clarifying the Essential Safety Requirements 阐明基本的安全要求	Various changes to product design criteria, function and chemical contents will lead to updated/new toy standards (EN71 and EN61125 etc).
